RICKY DAHLAN
Ie Tjie Sing is M-Knows Consulting’s Expert for Scoring, Credit & Risk Management areas. He previously held professional employment as Risk Director for a distinguished financing company with credit portfolio of more than 4 trillion rupiahs. He was in charge of applying risk principles, credit & collection management, and scoring system; which resulted on significant improvement on credit portfolio. Earlier, he handled Risk Management functions and developed Credit & Risk Scoring fundamentals for Bank BCA. He is currently active in giving consultancy for applying scoring for Consumer & Commercial Lending, as well as applying scoring for Consumer Loyalty & Consumer Relationship Management application.
INDRA SYARFIN HADIS
Indra Hadis is a financial management expert with various proficiencies in real sector, especially on financial performance improvement. He is graduated from Economic Faculty, Universitas Indonesia and has varied working experiences in private and multinational companies since then. He held several positions, ranged from Financial Controller to CEO Deputy in many private companies such as Bimasena Group, Guna Tani Abadi, Pustaka Bhakti Utama, Bhakti Nusa Raya. He also worked in multinational company, which is Dow Chemical Pacific Ltd, (PT Dow Chemical Indonesia, PT Dow AgroScience Indonesia and PT. Union Carbide Indonesia) , with the latest position as Country Credit Manager and Board of Director’ member of PT Dow Chemical Indonesia since the beginning of 2002 until the end of 2004. To support his financial overview, he has followed several trainings in the Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Hong Kong on the subjects of Six Sigma Quality Management, SAP financial program, LC and HR Management.
BUNAIYA
Bunaiya is sales to collection strategist and people development expert of M-Knows Consulting. He took his bachelor and master degree studies at University of Indonesia. He has many practical experiences in leading companies, such as Astra, GE Capital and AIG group (AIA Indonesia), mostly in the field of Internal Business Consulting and Sales Operations (Sales Force Management). He has also been involved in several consulting projects with world class partners, and applying many contemporary consulting techniques. Bunaiya’s expertise include Project Management & Quality Management techniques using Six Sigma, Strategic Planning, Change Management, and Marketing & Sales improvement. Additionally, he is also mastering NLP and a certified Hypnotherapist.
OCTAVIAN HERYANDAOctavian Heryanda has been performing as professional in financial services industry for many years. His areas of expertise in Sales Force Management , Recruitment and Training Process, are gained through practical experience and extensive attendance in workshops and seminars from top local and international experts. Octavian has held several managerial positions as Regional Training Manager and Senior Recruitment Manager, the latest’s positions are held in multinational companies such as Sewu New York Life (now Sequis Life) and AIA Indonesia. Additionally, he also had exposure in broadcasting industry for a few years.
EDO LAVIKA Edo Lavika holds a Master Degree from Post Graduate of Communication in FISIP UI. His area of expertise are Marketing, Marketing Communication, Selling, Leadership, also Coaching & Counselling, and active in doing research in Positive Communication, Differentiation dan Perception Engineering. His professional background are in many industries such as in Kanematsu Corp Group (industry), Bumipala Dhanadipa (trading), Sunlife Financial (financing), Elang Promosindo Kreasi and Citas CSA.
HASNIATI HALIM
She obtained her under graduate degree from University of Padjajaran majoring in Public Relations. In 1997 she attended and received a certificate from Cornel University Ithaca - USA with concentration study in Marketing for hospitality and continued to pursue her Master degree in Management from Institute Management Telkom. She has over 16 years of experience in Hospitality industry and she organizes as well as arranges MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Congress & Exhibition) as her main duties. She started her career as Account Executive in 1990, and appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing of 5 star Hotel & Boutique Hotel. Recently she joined as a lecturer in a reputable university .
ICHSAN MOCHTAR
Ichsan graduated from Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia. He initially worked as a media planner for Citra Lintas and handled promotion for some of Indonesia’s biggest brands, such as Pepsodent and Rexona. Ichsan held a job at the Canadian Grain Commission in Winnipeg, Canada, as a consultant for the Business Group. Prior to joining M-Knows Consulting, Ichsan developed a successful sales force for one financial brokerage company and he was responsible as Marketing Manager for Bali branch.
ANTONEITTA DEWI
Antoneitta specialize for sales force management, customer service and branch operations improvement. She has years of experience working with directors and owners level In Automotive, Food and Entertainment industry, such as Astra International (Peugeot and Daihatsu), PT. Tunas Financindo, PT. Surya Sinergi Transportama (General Motors), especially as Business Development Manager, Customer Service System Manager, Sales Operation Support, Executive (Directors and commissaries) assistant, and PDCA Implementation Officer.
NATAR ADRI
Natar Adri starts his experience in marketing area for years. He gets involved to develop Marketing Support & Training Department for product knowledge in Prudential BancBali. His area of expertise are Handling Customer Case & Handling Complaint, Assistant Manager of Accounting, Business Banking Officer Corporate, Financial Specialist. Natar Adri also involved in developing Master Plan & Business Plan, and tourism promotion projects for Sabang area..
N. SATRIYO
A Human Resources Management practitioner with years of experiences in some industries especially in palm oil plantation, both local and multinationals. He has done some projects by his knowledge application through Implementation on Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000, Food Safety System - Hazard Critical Control Point (HACCP), Performance Management, Human Resources Policy and Procedures, Competency Based HRM.
BAGAS S. BHASKARA Mr Bhaskara has received S1 degree from Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia and Master Degree from Faculty of Psychology, University of Indonesia. He has worked with Center for Participatory Social Management (CPSM), Lembaga Bahasa dan Pendidikan Profesional Indonesia – Amerika (LBPP-LIA), Duta Visual Nusantara Tivi Tujuh (TV7), and EMP Kangean Ltd. His expertise includes business process analysis, executive information and quantitative business analysis, where his statistical and research capability are very dependable. He is responsible for M-Knows software development.

Aurelia Anny memiliki pengalaman sebagai profesional pemasaran pada industri asuransi dan perbankan terkemuka selama 12 tahun. Beliau memiliki keahlian di bidang Sales Persuasion & Personal Selling, Customer Service & Customer Handling, Sales Promotion & Advertising, serta Financial Planning. Beberapa perusahaan yang pernah memperoleh pelatihan darinya, antara lain Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia, Bank Indonesia. Saat ini beliau merupakan Executive Director PT. Menara International, sebuah perusahaan yang didirikannya bekerja sama dengan Asuransi AIA Indonesia, untuk mengembangkan bisnis independent agency sewilayah Indonesia. Beliau menempuh pendidikan Sarjana Manajemen di Universitas Trisakti.
